Switching to Nabdah

Switching is on us. Your old system stays on.

We move your patients, price lists and open claims and train your team on a copy of your clinic, in about 3 weeks.

The plan

Three weeks,
three steps.

Week by week, on dates you agree before we start.

Week 1

We move your data

Patients and their history, appointments already booked, price lists, and open claims with their deadlines.

Week 2

Your team practises on a copy

The front desk, doctors and billing try a copy of your own clinic, with your own patients and prices, before anything changes.

Week 3

You go live, side by side

Bookings, visits and the first claims run in Nabdah. Your old system stays on until those claims are accepted.

Ask us anything, in Arabic or English. A person who knows NPHIES answers on WhatsApp, within 15 minutes in clinic hours.

Your old system is still running, so nothing stops. We fix the problem and set a new date.

No. Your contracts and prices stay the same. The NPHIES side moves through CHI’s onboarding, which we run with you.

You check the test copy in week 2 and tell us what’s missing. We fix it before you go live.

We do, on a copy of your own clinic, in Arabic or English: online, or at your clinic in [cities where our team visits].

Yes. If you leave, we export your clinic’s records and hand them to you.

[Whether billing starts at signing or at go-live: to be decided.]
