Onboarding

One code from you.
The rest on the call.

No developer and no new hardware: whoever manages your invoices, for 30 minutes.

Before the call

You create a one-time code

Log in to the Fatoora portal and create a one-time code for Nabdah. It’s valid for one hour.

On the call

We connect Nabdah to ZATCA

We register your clinic’s invoicing unit, one per branch, and run ZATCA’s compliance checks with you.

Before we hang up

Your first invoice passes ZATCA’s checks

We issue a test invoice together and see it pass. Live clearance follows ZATCA’s production onboarding.

Access to the Fatoora portal to create a one-time code, and 30 minutes with whoever manages your invoices.

Only if that software is connected to ZATCA for Phase 2. If it isn’t, Nabdah issues the invoices from the visit, and you export them to your books.

No. Nabdah issues the invoices; you only create the one-time code in Fatoora.

No. They get their invoice on paper, with the QR code ZATCA requires.

Nothing changes on the invoice while you appeal. If you accept the cut, you issue a credit note against the original from the claim, and Nabdah keeps both on the record.

Each branch is onboarded as its own invoicing unit, on the same call.
